We concentrate our practice in a few selected areas of the law in order to provide our clients the best possible service. We help individuals and families through the hardships caused by injuries, disabilities or death as a result of the wrongdoing of others in areas such as medical malpractice, auto wrecks, or defective products. We work to get our clients the compensation they deserve from those that are responsible for their injuries and damages. We work to protect the rights of individuals from unfair employment practices; discrimination based on sex, race, religion, national origin, or age; constitutional violations; and discrimination against the disabled. We represent parties in disputes concerning wills, trusts, and the administration of estates. We help people receive full value of their property in condemnation proceedings where the government is trying to take property for less than it is worth. We also represent individuals and businesses who have suffered loss from unfair trade practices, fraud, malicious prosecution, or wrongful acts in commercial transactions with businesses or insurance companies.
