- Stewart W. Fisher was

and for inclusion in Law & Politics’ North Carolina Super Lawyers
- 2008 publication in the field of employment and labor law. Mr.
Fisher was also recognized in the Super Lawyers publication

- June 11, 2008 - Carlos E. Mahoney was elected to the Board of Directors for

- June 10, 2008 - Carlos E. Mahoney successfully defended a real
property dispute resulting in a judgment which stopped a foreclosure
proceeding and gave the Firm’s Clients clear title to their land.
- June 9, 2008 - William S. Mills successfully prosecuted a breach
of contract claim resulting in a judgment in the amount of
$274,476.76 plus interest.
- May 21, 2008 - Stewart W. Fisher spoke at a Capital Associated
Industries Seminar on Labor & Employment Law.
- May 20, 2008 - Stewart W. Fisher served as a panelist at a legal
seminar hosted by the law firm of Williams Mullen. The seminar was
entitled “Challenges for Employers in a Slowing Economy.”
- February 8, 2008 - Stewart W. Fisher spoke at a NCATL continuing
